The Viral Pin Guide Review

You’ve heard of viral pins and how they can skyrocket your traffic and make you a lot of money in a short amount of time and thought “when will I get a viral pin” “when will that happen to me”?

Sounds familiar?

Yep, we’ve all been there.

We all want viral pins.

If you aren’t familiar with the term “viral pin” it’s a pin that gets A LOT of repins and clicks.

And when I say a lot, I’m talking thousands of impressions and clicks.

As you can imagine, having a viral pin can really help your blog.

This post may contain affiliate links, which means I may receive a commission, at no extra cost to you, if you make a purchase through a link. Please see my full disclosure for further information.

If you google or search on Pinterest “how to get a viral pin” you’ll find lots of different articles and tutorials and so much more.

But the thing with them is that they will only give you some general “advice” like create vertical pins or use bold fonts and use keywords in your pin descriptions.

Yes, all of those things are important but they don’t really show you HOW to do it.

Then I came across The Viral Pin guide and was very intrigued.

There was an ebook that’s gonna help me get viral pins?

Yes, please!

So I got the ebook.

And that’s what lead me to this post.

I’m gonna give you my honest review of The Viral Pin Guide and tell you if it’s worth the money.

What is The Viral Pin guide?

Okay, before I get into details let me tell you what it actually is.

The Viral Pin Guide is an ebook that teaches you how to create viral pins. (as you can tell based on the name…)

It covers every step of creating a viral pin, from how to make graphic to how to write pin description and find keywords to what to do after your pin gets viral.

It’s everything that goes behind creating a viral pin in one.

What I like about the Viral Pin Guide

I thought I would tell you what my favourite and least favourite things about it are.

I won’t go into detail as I don’t want to give anything away.

What I like about the Viral Pin Guide is that it goes in such detail with every step.

There are lots of graphics and pin examples where you can see exactly what they are talking about.

Especially in the chapter about pin designs.

There were so many things I never even thought of like the text size and spacing between letters and words and what pin types work best for what niche.

Small changes can make such a big difference to your pins.

Just take a look at the photos below.

The pins on the first photo are one of the first ones I created for this blog.

They are so hard to read and just ugly!

ugly pin examples

On the other hand, the pins on this photo are a lot better.

The text is big and easy to read, the background is simple so the text stand out.

They make you want to click and read the post.

What I don’t like about the Viral Pin guide

Now, let’s talk about the things I didn’t like about The Viral Pin Guide.

There were some things in the ebook I already knew.

Some of the information mentioned wasn’t anything new or groundbreaking to me.

But, I have 6 years of blogging experience so it’s hard for me to find an ebook or course where every piece of information I read is “new”.

I think this ebook is more suitable for beginners who still don’t know much about the way Pinterest works.

Would I recommend the Viral Pin guide?

I talked about the good, the bad, but would I actually recommend getting The Viral Pin Guide?

In short YES.

But,

It honestly depends on you and where you are with Pinterest.

If you are new to Pinterest and have a lot to learn I would 100% recommend getting The Viral Pin Guide.

As you will find lots of valuable information that can seriously help you grow your traffic.

Especially the pin design chapter (as you can tell, that’s my favourite part of the ebook!)

There’s so much information on creating great pin graphics you seriously don’t want to miss!

But if you’re not sure about spending money on it you can actually get a FREE chapter by clicking HERE and see how you like it and then decide whether you want to invest in the actual ebook or not.

Now, who wouldn’t I recommend The Viral Pin Guide to?

If you already know A LOT about Pinterest and the way it works, and your pins are great I don’t think this ebook would be helpful to you and you probably wouldn’t learn much.

    • Yeah, I think it’s important to talk about the things you like about something as well as what you don’t like.
As there is nothing in this world that is “perfect” and that we love every single thing about.
      Thank you for reading xx

    • I agree. But when you’re just starting out and don’t know much about Pinterest and how it works it may seem like it’s very hard until you learn how things work. That’s why ebooks and courses are SO helpful for beginners. They contain all the information you need to know to use it in one place without having to read lots of different articles and figure things out on your own. All of that can take months.
What I like about this particular ebook is that it goes in such detail on creating pins which I feel like a lot of others don’t so you really do learn a lot

  1. Wow, this is very helpful. I am also awaiting the day I get a viral pin. But, I wonder if this is something I need to pair with ads or affiliate links. I am still very new, so I’m not sure what I need to do. I guess I need to find an ebook that is good and it seems like the viral pin guide would be it!!!
